what a fantastic stay we had in rabat! 116townhouse really exceeded our expectations with their luxurious rooms, incredible rooftop terrace, and delicious and varied breakfasts. we felt like we were staying at a friend's house. highly recommend!

parking was a hassle

The hotel is conveniently located near the city center and within walking distance to Mdina. The room, beautifully decorated with a small balcony, offers a peaceful and quiet stay. The breakfast, served on the terrace, is delicious, with a variety of options to choose from.

The parking situation in the area can be challenging for guests.

The room was cozy and comfortable with a seating area and a flat-screen TV. I loved having a private entrance and air conditioning in the twin/double room. The kitchenette with kitchenware was a great addition, and the microwave and tea/coffee maker made it feel like home.

Personally, I found the balcony with city views a bit underwhelming.

I had an amazing stay at this stylish and clean B&B. The location was perfect for exploring Rabat and Mdina, and it was easy to reach other sights in Malta. The hospitality of the hosts was outstanding, and the breakfast they prepared was the best I've had on the island!

The hotel breakfast menu could have had more variety.

The location was excellent, very close to a historic site and the bus stop. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was delicious. The room we stayed in was beautifully renovated with amazing tiles and décor. The private balcony was a great place to relax and enjoy the view.

Our stay was marred by a few issues. the bed was quite uncomfortable, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.
